What counts as a profile
Plan profiles are for people who administer, coordinate or update information inside PrediMaps. They are not meant to charge one profile for each person who only views the map after entering with a PIN.
- Operational coordination: marks progress, reviews zones and follows up on map work.
- Map administration: creates, adjusts and organizes congregation or organization maps.
- Location editing: maintains locations, meeting points and data needed for daily use.
- Accounts and permissions: manages team access, permissions and profiles.
- Billing: allows reviewing the plan, payments and number of contracted profiles.
What you can view after entering with a PIN
The PIN works as an access credential for opening the map without an administrative account. The code does not create or mark locations; it only enables viewing the features available in the viewer.
- Search territories and move around the map.
- View locations and meeting points.
- Open directions to a location, meeting point or revisit.
- Share locations or a map view.
- Save and view revisits on that device.
- Save an interactive map copy beforehand on that device for viewing when internet is unavailable.
Profiles are only needed for people who will administer maps, mark progress, assign territories, edit locations or enter the admin panel.
