Privacy summary

No data sales

PrediMaps uses data to operate the service, support, security, subscriptions and applicable obligations; it does not sell data for advertising.

Local return visits

In normal use, return visits are stored on the device through IndexedDB and may be lost if browser data is cleared.

External payments

When Stripe Checkout or the billing portal is used, Stripe processes full card details.

Optional measurement

Public measurement is off by default. Search Console helps SEO without scripts; Clarity or Google only load with consent.

Cookies and public measurement

PrediMaps uses technical cookies and local storage for sessions, preferences, security, maps and local return visits. SEO may be verified with Google Search Console without analytics cookies. On public commercial pages, Google Analytics may load with analytics storage denied and send cookieless signals; its cookies and full measurement are enabled only after analytics is accepted. Microsoft Clarity loads only after acceptance. We do not use maps, return visits, shared locations or comments for advertising.

Optional analytics configured: Google Analytics.

Data that may be processed

  • Account, email, roles, permissions, congregation or organization and sessions.
  • Maps, territories, zones, locations, meeting points and progress.
  • Responsible users, assignments, reports, exports and operational activity.
  • Plan, licenses, subscription status, invoices and Stripe identifiers.
  • Contact requests: name, email, optional congregation or organization, request type and message.
  • Technical data such as IP, user agent, errors, audit data, technical cookies, optional analytics and local storage.

Responsibility of the user congregation or organization

  • Enter only necessary, authorized and respectful information.
  • Avoid screenshots, reports or links with personal data unless there is a clear need.
  • Control PINs, users, permissions and shared links.
  • Define internal criteria for retaining or clearing sensitive data.

Rights and requests

People may have rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection, revocation, restriction or portability depending on applicable law. Because PrediMaps works through congregations or organizations, some requests should first be routed to the congregation or organization responsible for uploading or administering the data.
