Service, contracting and access

PrediMaps helps organize maps, territories, progress and return visits. It is an independent service, does not represent a religious entity and does not replace its instructions. The purchaser must have legal capacity and authority to act for the organization and manage the access they create.

Commercial conditions are those shown when selecting a plan and confirming the purchase, together with these terms of use. Features, permissions and limits depend on the plan and configuration. Simply visiting the website does not authorize charges or constitute consent to process third parties’ sensitive data.

Anyone using an account or PIN must protect it and report unauthorized access they discover. A shared link may give access to its recipient; review its contents and expiry before sending it. A map PIN does not protect local records from others using the same browser profile.

Intellectual property and recorded content

PrediMaps software, design and original materials belong to its owner or licensors. A subscription grants limited permission to use the service and does not transfer ownership. Reselling access, bypassing controls or copying and redistributing software is prohibited except as authorized by its owner, component licenses or law.

Users retain the rights they hold in their content. They authorize PrediMaps to store, process and display it only to provide requested features, share according to their instructions, provide authorized support and address security or legal obligations. This authorization does not permit selling return visits or using them for advertising or training artificial intelligence models.

Those recording data must have the necessary permission or legal basis and respect people’s rights. A publisher’s acceptance of these terms does not replace consent from the person visited when required. PrediMaps retains the obligations that apply to its own processing of data.

Charges, renewal, cancellation and refunds

Before authorizing payment, review the amount, currency, applicable taxes, profiles or licenses, billing frequency and plan conditions. A recurring paid subscription renews and is charged according to the authorized period until canceled. A trial without a payment method does not by itself authorize later charges.

An administrator with billing permissions can cancel renewal from the subscription section when available. For subscriptions managed through Stripe, ordinary cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps access through the covered period shown on screen. Uninstalling the app, stopping use or deleting a personal account does not by itself cancel an organization’s subscription.

If you cannot access cancellation, your plan is managed manually or you need immediate cancellation, contact support and identify the organization and billing email. Do not send full card details. Mandatory cancellation rights, renewal notices and other consumer guarantees under applicable law prevail over these terms.

Ordinary cancellation does not automatically initiate a refund of previous payments. You can request review of a duplicate or unauthorized charge, a service not provided or any refund that may be due. Conditions disclosed at purchase and non-waivable consumer rights apply; these terms do not establish a blanket exclusion of refunds.

Availability and reasonable limitations

Maps, addresses, distances and progress also depend on entered data, external services, connectivity and device permissions. Errors or delays can occur. Verify information before decisions that affect people. PrediMaps is not an emergency service, a surveillance tool or an official source of instructions.

Protect devices and keep suitable backups of local information you need. Clearing browser data may erase return visits; revoking a link does not erase copies its recipients have already saved.

Each party is responsible for its own actions and obligations under applicable law. Misuse, incorrect records or disclosures chosen by a user do not automatically transfer their responsibility to PrediMaps. Equally, no provision excludes PrediMaps’ own liability for unlawful acts, fraud, negligence or security, quality and privacy duties that cannot legally be limited.

Violations, security and complaints

Harassment, discrimination, stalking, impersonation, unauthorized disclosure, malicious content and attempts to access others’ information are prohibited. Security testing that may affect other people or the service requires prior authorization.

Evidence of abuse, fraud, nonpayment or a security risk may lead PrediMaps to apply proportionate restrictions, remove content or links under its control and suspend access when necessary. Where possible without increasing risk or breaching the law, the reason and a way to seek clarification will be provided. Suspension does not impose arbitrary fines or remove complaint or refund rights.

You can report an error, unauthorized access or content that violates your rights without an account. Include the necessary URL or reference and a brief explanation; avoid forwarding unnecessary sensitive information.

Changes and applicable law

Each published version identifies its date. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate means and renewed acceptance will be requested when required. Publishing a new version does not authorize different charges or retroactively expand data uses requiring consent.

Mexico is the primary base of operation. Mandatory rules and applicable local privacy and consumer rights remain in effect. These terms do not require waiving competent authorities, legal remedies, non-waivable rights or local consumer protection.
