What counts as a profile
Plan profiles are for people who administer, coordinate or update information inside PrediMaps. They are not meant to charge one profile for each person who only views the map with a PIN.
- Operational coordination: marks progress, reviews zones and follows up on map work.
- Map administration: creates, adjusts and organizes congregation or organization maps.
- Location editing: maintains locations, meeting points and data needed for daily use.
- Accounts and permissions: manages team access, permissions and profiles.
- Billing: allows reviewing the plan, payments and number of contracted profiles.
What the PIN map can do
A person who enters only with a PIN does not need an administrative profile to use the basic map features. That access is for viewing and working from the map.
- Search territories and move around the map.
- View locations and meeting points.
- Open directions to a location, meeting point or revisit.
- Share locations or a map view.
- Save and view revisits on that device.
Profiles are only needed for people who will administer maps, mark progress, assign territories, edit locations or enter the admin panel.
